• We accept payment via Shopify Payments and other methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing & Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 7–15 business days from the date of purchase.
• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (images, text, logos, etc.) is owned by BlitzNest Ventures LLC or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlitzNest Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

• Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
